Project Scope:Visual identity design, and print promotional collateral was developed for Pinnacle Internationals prestigious new Coal Harbor condo residence, The Sapphire. This booklet is key in attracting buyers, by providing a pleasing balance of technical information such as floorplans, and specs, with aesthetics that give a distinctive downtown Vancouver feel.
